Mike; Thanks for posting. Very interesting wording for sure. John Walker - Wasn't he CEO of the old gobbled Axys? The wording of the press release is weird. Just before the pasted portion that you posted was the words "the Company's Board believes" - what the heck does one take from that comment? ......Do you think there was a disagreement and a threat to leave? .........Going to the web site, I could find NO mention of John Walker even though the announcement list the departure of July 1!! They already have removed his name form the Board. Humm? Steve
