Given the utter contempt Dobry has for Silicon Investor -- posting on his own web site: "Silicon Investor: CIA OPS or part of the BIGGEST STOCK FRAUD EVER ? -- one would think SI would see through Dobry's obvious ploy to get back not only at people who have given him grief over the years, but at SI itself. Therefore, one would hope SI shows some corporate guts not only on behalf of the people named in the subpoena, but on behalf of its entire community, thereby assuring its members that they truly value their privacy.

Furthermore, I think Silicon Investor should file sanctions against Dobry's lawyer themselves for the time they've been forced to spend responding to people about it. If they don't, they'll be setting a de facto blueprint for others to follow in trying to silence their critics, the opposing counsel knowing he can act with impunity so what the heck.
