I like it! I like how they waited till the deal was almost sealed to announce it! I hate when these companies PR a LOI or some non definative agreement. This one sounds like it is for the most part sealed?

If true then I would anticipate this taking off big time this week.... Here lets look at the PR again! I have bold the key wording here. Look how it implies that this is a done deal!

Doll Technology Group, Inc. Announces Merger Agreement with Southland Holding Corp. and Name Change to AEi Transportation Holdings, Inc.
Friday November 2, 5:07 pm ET

biz.yahoo.com

SEATTLE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Doll Technology Group, Inc. (Pink Sheets:DTGP)(“Doll” or the “Company”) today announced it has entered into a merger agreement with Southland Holding Corp., an aviation and transportation services company (“Southland”). The agreement is expected to close on November 6, 2007. The merger with Southland is part of the Company’s plans to reposition itself in the transportation sector.

The Company also announced a name change to AEi Transportation Holdings, Inc. (AEiT) and anticipates a new trading symbol shortly.

AEiT management and industry analysis support the aviation industry’s current emphasis on high margin and profitable "niche operations" in the service side that fill transportation voids and have the potential to yield highly successful operations. Management believes that the new name of the Company is indicative of the Company’s transition into this growing area of the transportation industry.

Doll recently announced successful and continuing efforts in its debt reduction program and that the Company had identified a potential merger candidate in the transportation sector.
