  • This chart of the Weekly $Hui is showing that
  • The HUI is very very oversold
  • It is creative positive momentum buy divergences
  • Most Importantly the correlation with the SPX is the most extreme it has been in 30 years..... a return to the linear regression line would mandate a contraction of the large spread between the SPX and the HUI over the next 3 to 5 months...
  • This will likely be achieved by a raly in the HUI and a decline of some magnitude in the SPX.
