I won't get into what your lawyer stated etc or what he thinks. Writing letters is not a waste of time when one knows to WHOM to write the letters or to whom to call.

BUT I will say Don W should have just answered the question, or have it covered it with a boiler plate.

What you asked should not have resulted in a ban.
