JW, ACTL is looking better and better. Our last hurdle is the 91 dy MAV at 13. Once we clear that we should be on our way. INTC will probably work its way down to 43 or so(the longterm uptrend line on the monthly chart. I would try to buy it there. By the way, I was wondering why the China closed-end funds and stocks are doing so well. My technical work says they should all be bought on pullbacks. I like TIR at 8 1/2. What are your reasons for disliking them so much?
