CNBC had a transcript today that spelled out collusion among market makers. It was a recording that the SEC had done while taping MM phones and was very ovbious.

Should this have really surprised everyone???

Every try to bid for a stock an no sooner than you place the order, the market moves a 1/8 or 1/4?? (when they see your bid coming.) So i suppose the specalists on the NY never "work it"??

Not saying its right,... but this is something that's been known for quite a while. What will be done?? We already know the little guys like most of us at SI are $$$ for it.
