Hello, Robert. I am quite bullish about ACVC. They seem to be pulling off a turnaround. I bought an initial position recently. The Fortune 500 company that I work for is currently using Intervoice products, but someone in the internal communications group is investigating using ACVC's e-mail reader with our current Intervoice Voicemail system. They have discussed going entirely with ACVC if they cannot patch the two systems together successfully. They speak highly about Active Voice's products. I don't know enough about them myself to comment intelligently. ACVC may continue to benefit, additionally, from the abatement of tax-loss selling. As one of the few big losers in 1996, they probably got more tax-loss selling than usual due to the small number of losers in many portfolios. As that pressure ebbs and the stock returns to being valued on its fundamentals and growth prospects, the stock may get a small bounce. Profitable investing, Mr. Sam
