I'm going to agree with you. As I am using it more and more I am finding it almost worthless for serious TA. I can't get through to them on the phone. They won't answer my email and I'm two quarterly CD's behind. Any suggestions out there for software? What does everyone like? There is almost too much to choose from. Thanks.
