Knickerbocker Co Inc said Wednesday it expects fourth quarter revenues to increase to $20 million, up from $4 million last year. "The fourth quarter of 1996...will mark the beginning of the projected quarter by quarter growth in the company's core business toward achieving its current annualized revenues projection of $80 million for fiscal 1997," said Chairman Louis Knickerbocker. L.L. Knickerbocker also said it acquired over 80 percent of <Georgetown Collection Inc> and its Magic Attic Press Inc subsidiary for $1.68 million in restricted stock. Georgetown, which develops porcelain dolls, and Magic Attic have combined estimated annual sales of $35 million and assets of $16 million, L.L. Knickerbocker said. L.L.
