HI Michael,

So far, nothing. But IMHO, I would take 30% back in exchange for 3% for future net. I think HWD/RYO managements knew what they are sitting on and have confidence to take control of the remaining shares. News like this one usually do not grab much attention. Investors and traders would only reward news with either good assay or high profile managements coming on board.
