You're right, several releases discuss the "amalgamation" of the two. As for why Antler gets more shares, I don't know unless it has to do with the fact that they have more money in the bank, smaller float, and higher share prices. Regardless of that, however, and regardless of Bishop's wisdom about what "should" trade higher - Winspear went up 13% yesterday while Antler went up only .08%. So which is the better buy in the long run? I don't know, I'm just glad I'm cheap and chose to buy a little Winspear.
