The situation with TSNG is curious. First, all high tech stocks have taken a beating recently, but there is good reason for TSNG to trade below book value. What I wonder is, if some company chooses to bid for TSNG, what price can they gobble it up for? Once it is public that someone is buying up the company the price will rise and rise well above the cash value and certainly above the book value of the firm. It makes it tough to acquire, especially with products of marginal value.

Such a move would probably be initiated with an agreement from Mr. Tseng himself to sell his shares. (He owns about 27% of the stock.)

I hope to see one of two scenarios. One, some firm wants John Tseng to work for them. So, they bail out his firm and bring him onboard.

Two, a firm wants to add TSENG's cash to their balance sheet and offers to buy the company out in exchange for stock. That could be a win/win situation for all.

Hopefully something positive will happen soon.
