Zarb cooperates...

<<"NASD Prepares For Move To Decimal Pricing by June 30, 2000

The National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. (NASD®), is preparing to move from fractional to decimal pricing by June 30, 2000, to meet the timeline set out by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). The NASD is working closely with the Securities Industry Association (SIA), the SEC, and the exchanges to make sure that all member firms are aware of what actions they need to take to be ready for the conversion.">>

Grasso is "thumbing-his-nose" at the SEC and refusing to cooperate with the SEC mandated July 1, 2000 deadline...

<<"The NYSE monitors its capacity daily, measuring the amount of traffic through its systems and evaluating traffic patterns, Mr. Bautz said. The data is fed into a model that helps the Exchange forecast its capacity needs. The NYSE's current system capacity is 600 messages per second (mps), and will increase to 1,000 mps by year end. By fourth-quarter 2000, capacity will be more than 2,000 mps, which will be sufficient to handle the increased message volume at either price increment, he said.">>

Be careful, the Treasure and FED have instructed the trading
desks at the major brokerages(the Big Players!) to KILL the
the runaway iNet related stocks. The FED is going to "kill" this
market in order to cool the entire economy...

Nothing is really changing... the Treasury secretly orders
the "Big Players" as to what they expect from them ever morning before
the market opens! The newscasters and pundits are just providing
knee-jurk explanations for covert Treasury and FED market manipulation.

Most retail investors are locked-out from shorting the
iNet stocks they already own - the SEC has already been ordered
by Treasury and the FED to make sure retail iNet investors can
NOT protect themselves during the correction... Ha Ha!
