I don't think so (at least today)
bid (selling price) has gone up from 2.5 now at 2.625;
ask (buying price) is still at 3.0.
Volume pretty low.

The $ change at close is the value that has gone up.

Unless I'm misinterpreting something; I'm still a
stock newbie :-), it's hard to get between these two
levels.
