Unfortunately, no news is VERY bad news today... This NASDAQ listings situation should have been in the bag weeks ago, it looked pretty trivial to begin with. In March Charlotte Walker, CEO, was able to get $1.5mil for SW when it was dead and buried. This time all she needs is $2 mil for SW when its off and running. As of this AM, Charlotte Walker(CEO), having dodged a big bullet by getting an extension by the NASDAQ last week, only needed to show $2 mil in the bank to get on small caps. Now it appears that something has gone wrong and SW is headed for the pink sheets.
