It is my understanding that holding companies seldom reflect the full value of their holdings.
However, I am not an expert on this.
In addition to INSQ and VRDM holdings of GreenShift are
Sterling Planet Sterling has sold over 4 billion kilowatt hours of renewable energy since its inception, representing enough energy to power 350,000 homes for a full year and offset 2.6 million tons of carbon dioxide. Sterling is also the nation’s leader in partnering with electric utilities and businesses to market or supply renewable energy. Currently, Sterling has 28 utility partners nationwide in states such as Florida, Massachusetts, New York, Connecticut, New Jersey and Rhode Island. MeanGreen Biofieuels Mean Green will purchase oil from Veridium based on a fixed discount to prevailing fuel prices. Mean Green is building their biodiesel production capacity with the expectation that Veridium will own enough biodiesel feedstock to allow Mean Green to commence operations at its first biodiesel facility in late 2006 at greater than break-even rates of production. Enviro-Sciences Corporation
TerraPass, Inc. TerraPass is the country’s leading carbon offset marketer.
General Hydrogen, Inc. General Hydrogen Corporation is a leading developer of hydrogen fuel cell-based power systems for electric forklifts, industrial vehicles and other off-road equipment
General Ultrasonics General Ultrasonics division owns a proprietary new technology that uses high intensity ultrasonic energies to enable a new type of hydrogen reformation that is capable of significantly reducing the scale at which hydrogen production is cost-effective.
Aerogel Composite, LLC An existing application of Aerogel Composite’s CA technology has demonstrated dramatic cost reductions for hydrogen-powered proton exchange membrane (PEM) fuel cells. GreenShift believes that Aerogel’s electro-catalyst is the most efficient and most economical PEM electro-catalyst available today because it achieves equivalent catalytic performance at one half to one tenth the precious metal loading commonly achieved by current technologies. GreenShift is currently supporting the commercialization of this technology with an immediate focus on financing and building out the manufacturing capability to produce Aerogel Composite’s specialty catalysts at scale.
Ovation Products Corporation Ovation is finalizing the development of its initial product – a fire-hydrant sized appliance that can generate 25 gallons of pure water per hour from a variety of dirty water input sources at a cost of approximately $0.004 per gallon, or about 1.2% of the cost of traditional distillation methods. Ovation expects that products based on its technology will be available in 2006 and will sell for a fraction of the price of commercial distillation systems.
Enviro-Sciences Corporation Enviro-Sciences generated about $1.5 million in EBITDA on $18.5 million in sales in 2005 and is projected to grow to about $1.7 million in EBITDA on $19.5 million sales during 2006 in the absence of acquisitions or significant investment in organic growth
Do I think that Greenshift is undervalued, Duh, I expect GreenShift to continue to increase in price, I would not be surprised to see it double to quadruple in price by year end.
