From my conversation there are SEVERAL municipalities who will be picking up GLCP's meter reader once FCC approval becomes finalized. Just a matter of time, this is the very bottom for the stock and once these things come out which people have waited years for all heck will break loose. Where I live the city is planning on implementing the automatic reader as a pilot project in a small area of the city in the summer and if all goes well the whole municipality will be converting to this system. Boob
