Unf$#@$#$*king-believeable. Gross incompetence might be a euphemism when referred to these clowns. Twice??? How the hell do you fail once? What, the fact that the market's up only 15% or so in the last two weeks means people aren't buying??? Technology-based stocks arent' attractive anymore?? I've personally seen good underwriters take companies public who literally had no products, no management, and no vision and they still pulled it off. Goldman Sachs could do a public offering for a pet rock, much less a voice-id system with immeasurable applications and benefits. C. Lawrence, I'd take you up on your offer but my current job prevents me from doing anything useful or productive wrt to Moscom...except venting.

Anybody got Bill Lerach's phone number?

They better have a metal detector at the entrance to that shareholder's meeting...

PS: What in God's name does that stupid press release mean? That same idiot used the "concentrate on core activities" to describe the reasons behind the IPO. Can it be the justification for bagging it as well?

Oh well, gotta go get my 12th or 13th margin call notification from the mail in the past month.
