Immediate significance is $250,000 towards R&D. The NRC grant is a 50:50 matching structure, so that TLS could conceivably double their "bang for the buck". This is not debt... it is a straight grant. Furthermore TLS gets access to the NRC's RF labs and personnel. Short term no real signifance beyond some cash savings. Longer term, who knows. Philip
