The earnings revisions you displayed are confused by the stock split. The apparent downgrade occurring 30, 60 and 90 days ago, for example, from 84 cents in FY 1998 to 56 cents, is due to the split. You might note that 56 cents is exactly 2/3 of 84. Earnings were actually increased 30 days ago (based on the superior quarter) from pre-split 80 to 84 cents, where they are today. FY 1999 earnings were increased by 1 cent within the last week.
