is the price to net cash value now comparable to other major lows in biotech index in past? seems like biotech is the only part of the naz that is already below october lows... if they fall even more with the upcoming naz downturn then biotechs will become an even bigger buy.... even for traders with the high beta biotechs and playing a bounce
