Hi d[-_-]b; Re: "there is no holocaust in progress in gaza - just good old fashioned war.";

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!! LOL!!! BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

I wonder what you'd think if you ever actually saw a war.

A war is when both sides do their best to kill every single member of the other side. This is a photo-op, a political campaign, summer entertainment.

The basic problem is that a lot of people, when they see a burned baby, think that means it's "war". No. A dead baby is "murder" at best. War is when it looks like this (Stalingrad city center, after it was liberated):

Gaza, under attack by the Israelis, note the pinpoint damage:

One of the very few houses in Israel destroyed by Palestinian rocket fire. I had to look hard for this, note that the vast majority of their ticky-tacky crap houses are untouched. Honestly, they probably lose more houses to cooking fires than the Palestinians are destroying. And why would someone want to live in this hell-hole in preference to the USA? Look at the ground. It's dirt. Again, the damage is pinpoint in effect but of course unaimed:

No, this is not war. Real countries have had sports riots that killed more people than this. We should ignore them. They've been doing this for thousands of years and they're probably going to keep doing it no matter what we do. We should try to make money by selling weapons to both sides but otherwise stay out of it. The business of America is business, not getting involved in stupid land wars in Asia. And if the US arrives (something that is inevitable if we keep sticking our noses into this crap), yeah, then it might approach the status of "war". That you don't want to see.
