They have used up 2 time out, no more left. ASND back up to even. GO bull and crush the manipulator.
For some analysts doubtful about the merger, would you give BAY's House a phone call if you are in the position as ASND management ? IBM's CEO gave Bill Gate a phone call for advice and SYBASE's Kertzman also called Informix. So people learned.
