This dog has me up 50% in less than a year. At one point i was up 100% but I believe in S3 an am in this for the long run and am willing to hold 3,4,5,? years. I plan on making a 4x - 5x profit on this dog. See the following post for the reasons for my optimism. Missing from the list of reasons in that post are, network computer chips, RIO, and the new revolutionary portable graphics chip that hasn't been officially announced. So add those to my factors. One last thing, how wonderful a stock looks in the short term is very dependent on what 2 points you are comparing. Take S3 for example. If you are comparing S3 to its price of around $17 when this thread first came out and today's price of 17.75, its not very impressive. But if you look at it from my point of view, I bought in at less than 12, it looks great today, and it even looked better when it was around 24. I admit that there are other stocks that have done much better in the same time frame, while there are many others that have done much worse. I am glad to have had the foresight and guidance of others on this thread to lead me to this investment. I could have sold around 24 and gotten back in around 16 and made good money, but i have found from previous experience that i am not a stock timer. But back to my original point. Short term, most stocks are very volatile and you can easily find many price points to prove whatever stance you want to take on a stock. But long term with S3 you are not going to find those points that show S3 is a dog, but instead, a very good long term performer.

See ya in 3 - 4 years.
