Regarding the ISDN usage fees, the decision whether to charge per-minute
usage for both digital and analog, or just digital is up to each
telephone company. My local company can differentiate ISDN usage
between digital and analog at its switch, and has chosen to only bill
for digital. However, I believe this type of pricing structure is very
unusual as most companies either charge ISDN as one flat rate or
per-minute for all traffic. Again, feel free to post this ... although
I may have to break down and subscribe to S.I.!!
