I have resolutely stayed out of this discussion because one needs to be focussed deeply on it; otherwise, the contribution can be only a distraction. Since I have been dealing with yet another death in the family, I could not focus properly; but I have been following it. From your comments I don't think that you can have been following it all along, JLA, or you wouldn't be commenting as you have.
