I have previously posted where I got the information that system quality problems were increasing. Go to the Newsgroups and do a search on Nextel. You will need to filter away Nextel.com, etc. Look at many pages of results, note the dates for each result. Mostly negative comments, a few positives. The negative comments are generally increasing with number and intensity with time (compared to, say, June - July). Give some factor to the fact that disgruntled users are more likely to post to vent off frustration.
You will read in some of those posts that some would-be customers were ready to sign up with Nextel, but did not do to the negatives surrounding quality issues.
By the way, other carrier building out digital systems are having problems, too.
This is not a $200 stock, yet. My comments and evaluation of the build-out are intended to be objective - look at the positives and negatives.
