Correcting myself:
ERosen, I think that this transfer of funds from Zitel to these
3 private companies will be used as a basis for
Suing Zitel in the future by the shareholders.
Zitel management clearly distributing cash to unknown (identities).
(true owners of these 3 private companies).
It is time the SEC starts (following) the money flow.
Zitel shares distributed very generously to Cayman Island Investors.
Zitel Cash now going to private foreign companies.
