old dirty bastard, How does your reply answer anything? I did not say I owned NTOP. I said I was wondering if it was down near its lows and if it was down for real reasons or because of shorting. Depending on these factors, I considered buying it for a bounce. As for REFR, I have been very clear. I have no doubt I will make tons of money on that choice and am buying, not selling.
