All: Roger Babb mentioned something about King's famous "Nevada programmer" comment, and it triggered a memory for me. Shortly after I joined the SI ranks, there was a long post on the ZITL thread that first reported that infamous incident. I was asked to comment on it, so I did.

Thought I'd post the links here to show what I thought of Matridigm then, just so readers can make up their own minds about whether I had a hidden agenda. Trying to be fair to both sides.

Also thought I'd toot my own horn a little. If you read these, then read my VIAS conference notes, you'll notice that some of my concerns were valid.

Note that these posts were on the Y2K thread, not ZITL's.
