The time I saw on the report was 12:40pm EDT ... maybe you saw Pacific Time or maybe the time on the report I'm looking at was posted by the news service. Even so, if UBS time stamped the report as sometime before the market opened, wouldn't it be possible for them to put what ever time they wish on the report to make it appear that it was written before the market opened and then release the report in the afternoon?
