just a note:
with MRV sales being 58% international primarily in europe,it was not
such a bad Q after all.Europe shuts down in august(goes to the beach)
they take their time paying accts,and you loose an entire month of
productivity and sales.This along with megaswitch just beggining its
debut + managements focusing on the purchase of fiberonics led to a
softer quarter.By contrast europe will be in the early stages of recovery next year,and many buissneses make purchases for tech in Q4
rather than loose parts of their budget for 96 or suffer larger tax bites.THIS Q should be strong.buisness is great.THE fiberonics aquisition will not hurt the bottom line.This was only a22,000,000
doller deal ie not another MADGF if you follow me.Very easy to digest.
