Thank you for following up on my question.

I had deduced that given the nature of packet switching, there would be an on-going need for intelligence in the form of software ... and I was hoping that WIND was going to be meeting that need and always be where the 'rubber meets the road' so as to speak :)

Consider your IOU - (much more than) "Paid in Full"
