Hi Joe,
> Hi Scott. First, I think you want to direct this at me and not > Salah.
My apologies .. I did not mean to single out Salah at all ... I have seen some very good information and thought coming from Salah. I merely picked a message to respond to. I haven't figured out how to post a message other than a reply! ;-)
Also, please do not think of this as directed at you. People on this list contribute and join in a cause because they see something they believe in. If you voice an opinion it is your right ... if they choose to join your opinion it was their choice. Obviously many people have strong beliefs in something here and I want to better understand this. People can choose to lead, but people must also choose to follow.

I have followed your efforts and commend them. I guess that my use of this terminology is an expression of the frustration that I feel trying to work to improve the situation. All I see around me is discussion, hype, and media describing the dismal state of affairs ... when I don't see it that way ... as either an employee or a shareholder.

Paul is also a frequent contributor that seems to think about these things. I would greatly appreciate his input on these issues!

I look forward to better understanding this situation and the proposed resolution!
