The Democratic Republic of Congo?! If so, where's the Belgian connection? Where are the French and their Belgian deputies? As you know, both Belgium and France wouldn't welcome a deeper foray by SAns into their Central African turf.... Just ask the late Laurent-Désiré Kabila.
