Stephen, many who purchased AMAT in the 20's and 30's have seen many investors who have thought that AMAT would have a great downturn which did not occur in its drive to the $108 never having the opportunity to get back into AMAT. In fact, personally, I recall in Aug., Sept, and Oct.'96 that the brokers I spoke with expressed the opinion that AMAT was overvalued at the 20's. They are still saying the same and further express the opinion that they have not suggested that customers go into AMAT. My own opinion is that they did not do their homework and know less about the digital explosion that we are now in.

Those individuals buying AMAT in the late $20 are up approximately 251% todate. What I have observed and expressed many times is that we
can only make reasonable calculations and develop a certain amount of respect for those who as of this time have been reasonably accurate in their prediction. Those on this site assist all of us to obtain the numerous data with is available. Those with whom I have noticed who have been reasonably accurate are Tito and Kumar. Naturally, a prudent individual must do their own research and draw their own conclusions. Just my opinion.
