Clinton probably did get rid of WMD's in Iraq. Bushies sure haven't found any. You know how many bombs Clinton dropped on suspected weapons sites in Iraq? Thousands and thousands, plus an ongoing every day mission to take out anything suspicious. The other theory is Blix's which is that Saddam destroyed them all after the Gulf War. Also, Anthrax has a short shelf life and would just disintegrate or whatever in 203 years anyway.
