You can not tell that you have a blockage by routine examination. EKG's will not detect them. You have to have either a specialized test given, like a tread mill test or antiogram where they thread a fibre optic wire up into your heart to see if their is blockage.

Plus Clinton is not the type to be proactive about health matters. He must have put up with a lot of discomfort before he finally sought help.
