The up/down volume ratio moved up to 1.0 from 0.9 last week. That is the first time in a number of weeks that it has been at 1.0 or higher. It reversed the downtrend a few weeks back and has crawled back now to 1.0. Often that's bullish except that I don't like the overall market in here.
