Charles: As you probably are, I am getting copies of replies to Essary from people I don't even know. That is public enough for me. I would prefer to leave it at that with Essary, but it is up to him. Like most of us, I believe I did my own DD and made my own decisions. If we can keep our powder dry, and the MMs don't gouge too much I plan to average down. I am not happy with some of what has happened but believe it is still correctable. I was interested in the proposed settlement document purported to be from the SEC. Is it for real? Regards, Carl
