Most social workers are bad enough now -- can you imagine if they ran a "camp"?

And although they may have a "choice", would not their liberty be in jeapordy in such a camp just because of their economic circumstance?

I must state for the record that (taht) I don't care if an American individual owns zip -- he or she is still an American and has the full (real) rights of any other American.

A better solution may be one that achieves TWO objectives:

First, eliminate all taxes of any kind in targeted economic zones where the indigent and homeless may go or are. Any business has the right to do business in these zones, free of any tax burdens and many of the other regulatory burdens foisted upon business since, say arbitrarily, 1900.

The indigent and homeless (soon to be formerly homeless) will learn many new skills and increase their own value immensely -- as it is in the employer's interest that they learn skills needed to be productive. Productivity will start slowly, then zoom. People will fall all over themselves to start business and higher within these FREE ZONES, even though no government grants, contracts or other artificial means of control will be permitted. Personal income will skyrocket among ALL. Investments will soar. Property values will leap.

Second, after a time when the rest of America comprehends what is happening and why, they will demand to exercise the same rights -- for this was the structure of Early America in the decades of the Enlightenment. America will become, itself, a FREE ZONE.
