Well done with the press release. I'll tell you what, if you (and everybody who is in on "the movement" can organize, somehow, into an entity that I can represent, I will write the letter (this shows me, and everybody else, that you are serious and lends credibility to your actions). Let me caution you though. I will have to write it as recommendations to incease shareholder value, and not necessarily explicitly to oust the BOD. Believe me, there are enough things wrong that ousting some of the executive mgmt. will be a feasible solution, but I cannot make that recommendation, only give scenarios relating to its potential effect, or lack thereof. It is the actual shareholders, you, Calpers, Wisconsin, and Amex that will make the ultimate determination on the recommended course(s) of action that I may make. I have a bad case of the Winter coughs, so excuse me if I am brief.

PS.
Mr. Scott Lemmon, Restructuring the executive compensation schedule is a must! any CEO who thinks he can do a good job will receive a windfall of a bonus (read more than industry average), just like the shareholders, but he must be penalized if he underperforms as well - jsut like the shareholders. Explicit value sharing is what I call it. Go to my site and check it out inthe NOVL analysis. rcmfinancial.com

There are several ways to increase shareholder value. If mgmt is truly instituting capital/strategic projects that will do this, then they must communicate them to the investors, the market, and thier client/potential client base. If they don't, then they simply add to an already debilitating problem. If the projects are presently in effect, I am sure that the shareholders would not mind me assisting NOVL in communicating the value of these projects to the public. If they don't, well, you see the performance of NOVL stock.
