John, How about picking up half of your desired number of shares at $23 and waiting to see how the story unfolds. If it dips to $19 without fundamental bad news, average down and get the rest of your shares. If it starts to climb, well at least you've got half a position, and you can decide that the breakout is for real and perhaps buy more at $27, $28 ... This is my humble strategy, for now. Larry
