When will it all end: The election will end, but the fight against terrorists will go on.

They are learning to build bigger bombs. Learning to trigger them remotely with calls over a cell-phone. Iraqis will kill their own people, merely to make the US look bad.

They will kill people from other Nations who support us. They still have money flowing in with which to conduct operations and recruit people.

We have to keep them on the run , not let them rest and plan in a safe haven with time to make bigger and better plans.

Amateurs can make the bombs, but brains are needed to organize and implement a really destructive operation.

Taking out the leaders is mandatory to success, before they can pass along their knowledge.

Iraq has been the bait, to lure them in, to bring them within range of our best fighters. To divert their attention and waste their resources. Giving our Military a chance to learn their techniques and how best to fight them.

When Iraq settles down and Iraqis learn to control dissidents, then we have to be wary.

The US has always been the ultimate target, even long before the first Gulf War and the people involved cannot like us any better today.

If Iran and N Korea cannot be talked into giving up nukes,
then our ABM systems will become supremely important.

The Government has just accepted delivery of a new class of submarines of which 30 may be built for $64 bil , and which could participate in the ABM shield and which would add greatly to our safety or survival in a nuclear attack.

We all want wars to end, especially the one in Iraq.

But if the argument is made that we did not have enough troops, how many troops will be needed to stop N Korea from destroying S Korea in the event that Kim refuses to give up nukes?

Kerry says he would end the war in Iraq. He misses the point that Iraq will not be the last war of this century.

And voting against 98 military appropriation bills as he did thus far would leave us vulnerable. He seems to think he can talk the enemy into obedience with UN Resolutions. How well did that work with Saddam?
