unsealing the case could reveal enormous damage claims, ones that even a microsoft may not easily afford. What are you talking about? Has your imagination got away with you? Looky here: Win98 is shipped to PC OEMs, period. It's out of Microsoft's hands. If a court wants to stop Win98, they will have to go to the box makers. But anyway, the Sun lawsuit is meritless, so why get lathered up?
