Jim, in regards to foreign exchange(s)-it has nothing to do with 144 Stock I believe(I'm not an expert in SEC law). I assume it would work like any other US company that is listed on an exchange OVERSEAS. Through the bits of information I have put together, sounds like it is definately not a Canadian exchange. Only mention it now, as this may actually happen sooner rather than later.
