Isn't that the truth ... say, what does it usually mean when the judge asks {or maybe that
should be 'directs')two of the defendants and a Fed Agent to meet with him and Plaintiffs
Counsel in chambers after a hearing?

Is this a guessing game? Since I wasn't present, I've no idea what was said in chambers. I would, however, imagine that the fact that such a meeting took place suggests that the hearing itself had no real resolution.
