Big Bucks, If only CHIPS can be Re-Cycled or Re-Used to build Newer and Better Computers, TVs, Phones and other Electonic Machines that we humans use until we replace them with better ones, then the production of Newer CHIPS will surely slow down. But, CHIPS are like FOOD---once eaten or consumed, they're gone. Only a few months ago did I threw away a computer Monitor (whose CHIPS are gone forever) just because it was more expensive for me to have it repaired than to have it replaced by another Monitor (whose CHIPS are Newer and Better)...
