the lowest it has been since 1977. Before climate change... It is ironic that a few hours north of Shasta, in Oregon, last winter the state was a swamp. I'm sure they would be happy to give us as much water as we wanted. All we need to do is build a pipeline... The rainy seasons was strange this past year. It looked like late fall we were in for a drought.........then it poured like crazy in Feb and March............I think it was very dry in April.....rained a lot in May. Then pretty much stopped in June. July and August which are our driest months...........rainfall broke a100 year record..........and July/August were the hottest on record too. Crazy year. I hope CA gets some rain this winter.
